I bought a tube worm last week before Christmas (Merry Christmas by the way  ) and i placed it into a hole on one of my rocks but havnt seen it come out once yet, anyone have any idea how long it takes feather duster tube worms to come out of their tube, (tube still feels heavy like theres something in it) Or is there anything you can get to make them come out? ive had tube worms before an they came out staright away, is this tubeworm shy? lol any info would be grateful

are you sure he did not leave the tube ? To check this you can gently pinch the tube to see if you can feel him , do not place alot of pressure on him . If you can not feel him he may have died or left in search of a better place and will show up in a while ... if he is there he may be attaching his tube to feel safer or decrowned and is working on growing a new crown ...
