Not really anything to add at this point other than the tang. They really should not be housed in tanks less than 4ft/75 gal. Anything less and they will eventually develope health problems. Unless you plan a tank upgrade in the near future you should rethink it's addition.

Other than that I would keep up with the 10-15% weekly water changes and watch the feedings. Keeping the nitrates under control is going to be the best first step.

The nice thing about this hobby is tht we can all learn from each other's mistakes.

As long as forums like AA are around to share the knowledge. I was on here for a year before I even attempted SW. Sorry for your loss jbro . Another six mos. or so and I will be attempting a carpet myself.
