Sick blue green chromis

I've had my blue green chromis for over a year. I haven't added anything new in a while and my other fish are doing fine as well as two other blue green chromis I have. He's just hanging out at the top of the tank and seems to be breathing heavy. Thanks.

It looks to have a red mark on its back. Are there any coral or anemone in the tank that could have stung it?

No anemones in the tank. Mainly only live rock with 3 small ricordias and another small mushroom. All are on the floor though and these guys are usually always swimming around and only go into the rocks at night time.

Bacterial infection. Test the water parameters as well.

Does that go away somehow or is the fish pretty much a goner?
