Sick BTA

hey all a few days ago I got a BTA well it got caught in a power head and got stuck well got it free and let it settle was looking good and my clown fish we really moving around in it.. Now it has moved back in the rock and not really moving to much.. Any ideas is this normal any advice will be helpful also all water parameters are good and just did a big water change yesterday...

You may have too much current position on him

I dint have a whole lot of flow in my tank... HOB protein skimmer and two 450 gph kromari power heads...
