Sick chalk goby

My chalk goby has gone really really thin, how can I fatten him up more quickly? He is never out much from under his cave.

How often do you feed? What do you feed? A healthy chalk bass is quick. Even though I'd expect it to stay around the cave it should come out to eat when feeding and consume it quickly, then bolt back to the rocks.

I hadn't heard of a chalk goby, had to look that one up. It says it'll eat mysis and brine. What have you been feeding and how often?
