Offer him something else. Pellets, flakes, frozen meats. Brine is not known for having very good nutrients in it. Clownfish are omnivores.

What about water flow inside the tank?

81 is a bit high, though that's not likely to cause the problem. However, it could be adding to any stressors present. How are you gauging the temperature? Glass thermometer, stick on, digital?

You could stick a small fan blowing across the surface of the water to bring the temp down.

Salinity is good. Are you topping off evaporated water to maintain that salinity?

All what has been said is right, the tank needs to have a flow, clown fish sp. live on reefs naturally. The reef has a constant current running over the rocks and anemones.
What sort of filter do you use? A good filter with a outflow to push a nice current will make the fish happier, also how much rock do you have in the tank?
