Hey guys thanks for taking the time to read my thread. I just acquired what I believe is a frag of a pipe organ coral from a friend. while it was in her tank, it was open and healthy for the first couple of days she had it, but then the flowering tips disappeared and she hasn't seen them since (approx. a month). she was going to throw it out today, but the tubes are still a vibrant red, so I asked if I could keep it to try and revive the little guy. First, do you guys think it's dead? if not, what would I need to do to help it out? thanks, I attached before and after pics.

The tubes will stay red even when totally dead! That being said mine closed up for nearly a month before it was happy and opened up again!
