Sick/dieing toadstool

Can someone help me out my toadstool frag was doing great for awhile then it gradually started to fade here are some pics. All water levels are good.

how long have you had it? what lighting is it under? no other corals effected?

2 months and in the beginning it was healthy for awhile. I have t5 lights. And no other corals are effected. I had two green chromis die last week though

whatever killed the chromis is probably effecting it. the water parameters can't be good if you have multiple fish dying. you could also try moving it. i think it's the water though. it doesn't look like you have very much live rock in the tank either. it's possible the small amount of rock can't process the amount of nutrients. just a guess at this point.

Everything but the alk tested at normal it was at 7.2 last night
