Sick Domino Damsel

I have a domino damsel that has been very healthy up until the last three days its gills look really rough and all its fins look almost like they have fin rot Does anybody know what this is and can I treat it and will it affect my other fish?

Domino`s are not really the hardiest of Sw fish. You`ll need to treat in a QT.
