We feed a little of marine omni once day
Marine micro pellets slow sinking with garlic and also
Frozen baby shrimp brine

Is your salinity really .35? If so that is way too high! You also have a much too young tank for anemones - they can't handle swings in parameters, particularly sail to and temp. What kid of lighting exactly? Anemones also require very strong lighting... What kind of fish do you have in there and how many? If the salinity is really that high I would say that is your main problem. Do you use a refractometer or hydrometer?

When water evaporates out of your tank are you using saltwater or freshwater to top back off? Your salinity is far too high so that's your first problem...you should use freshwater to top tank back off and saltwater for water changes...and I also second that your tank is far too new for nems
