sick flame angel?

I've had this flame angel about a month and a couple weeks ago he started to loose his color. He acts fine, a little shy but swims and eats well. Other tank inhabitants, percula

clown, banggai cardnal, lubbock wrasse, purple firefish and an orange firefish. Also several hermits, couple turbo grazer snails a sand sifting sea star and bta that hosts the clown.
50 gallon reef set up. 48" coralife t5 bulbs two actnic 2 10k. Not the greatest test kit but looks like zero nitrates and 0 nitrites and 8.0 ph. regular water changes.

All the other fish are doing well.
 
To be on the safe side I would carry your water to your LFS and have him double check your results. Are you sure no one is picking on him? The wrasse could be a suspect.
 
Will double check the water today. Time for a regular water change anyway. Haven't seen him get picked on but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen when I'm not looking.
