Sick hawaiian tang?

It seems my yellow Hawaiian is acting a bit off. He seems to be phasing out then jumping back into reality. I just noticed it lose balance so now I am really concerned. Any advice?

You don't have any stray voltage in the tank? They are herbivores so make sure there is some dried seaweed in there for him to eat. Have you tested your water and can you post the results? Can you post a pic?

Here's a picture of him and the overall tank. I tend to give him seaweed once a week which he is fine with and eats flake food the rest of the week.

I have 4 T5 HO bulbs that are on for about 8 hours per day. I just switched from 2 actinic/ 2 daylight to 1actinic/ 3daylight to try and encourage my zoas to open, which they seem to be doing with the change.

In the second pic he looks good. His fins are out and not clamped down like the first pic.
