Move it to a higher flow area. It still doesn't look like algae to me, I still see it struggling to shed.

So i gave it time and have literally put the flow maker pointed directly at the coral so Im just lost at what else to do Click image for larger version

Try to brush it off with your finger or a toothbrush. Blow it off with a turkey baster. It is still most likely a flow related issue, but pointing a powerhead directly at any coral will be harmful.
