Sick Leather Coral.

I purchased this coral a week ago and it opened the first 2 days, it hasn't opened since. I have a 55 gal tank with sump and skimmer, aqueon 700 pump with Jaebo rw15.
Ph 8.4
Dk 7
Cal 400
Temp 78.5
I also have a fluval reef light. My test kit for Phosphate and Mag expired so I need new ones.
Livestock is a yellow tang, Tomato Clown, Blood Shrimp a few hermits and turbos, green hairy mushrooms, golden torch and a toadstool mushroom that are all doing well.

Has the leather perked back up? Leathers and other soft corals sometimes do this as they shed a mucus skin they have that protects them.

They can take a while to perk up. When I got mine, it was kind of pissy for a long time and looked just like that. It worried me for a while but I just made sure to give it time and good water parameters and it's still going strong.
