Sick Percula Clown Fish

I bought a pair of percula clown fish on sunday, and notice that one had a white fuzz looking spot on him. I went to where I bought him and they gave me a garlic treatment. I started yesterday, but he is looking worse. He has a few spots on his tail, his bottom fins are like stuck to him and his left fin is all stuck together. Also the film on his side is peeling off like a layer of skin. Can anyone help me. Thanks

Your problem could be twofold but that part above in particular suggest Brooklynella hostillis. Garlic will have little or no affect on it really. I would suggest you read up on the use of >>formalin<<, qurantine all the fish as soon as possible and begin treatment.

isolate them quickly and treat them. I lost my two black clown to velvet.
