Sick red lip blenny please help

What is wrong with him he was eating mysis just fine te othere day then yesterday he wouldn't eat much now this morning he is laying on the sand bed please help I there something I can do or is he pretty much gone for?

What are your water test results? High ammonia and nitrites will do that. Have you done a PWC in case there is something wrong with the water? Any other fish acting like this?

No other fish are like this so I don't think it is water

We don't know if its the water or not. Some fish can tolerate ammonia and nitrites better than others.
