Sick Toadstool Frag Recovery help

Ok so i got a pretty small toadstool frag on its way out from a guy with a reef. Since i have had it (around 2 days) These little tentacle like things in the color of the toadstool have come up. I moved it from the bottom to midheight of the tank today. Any other info?
