sick young sailfin

I have a small sailfin. And at the moment it seems to he in a bit of trouble itsjust floating one area all day and not much life out of it. Is there anything I can do for the fish I have no quarenteen and all water parameters are 0

I`m assuming you are talking about a tang. Need more details. Size of tank? Age of setup? Any parasites seen? Any other details?
