Slow tissue nec?

Is this slow tissue nec? I had this frag on the sand and a gsp patch was brushing up on it. I've since moved it to the rock as you can see. This is the only frag showing any issues in my tank all others are happy and growing

It's bleaching and receding that's for sure. If the Gsp is smothering it then that is easily the cause as it is irritating the tissue.

Cut above the recession otherwise you're probably gonna lose it.
