Small red spots with white

My blue dot jawfish has been getting these tiny red spots and white behind them he also has a white spot on his belly close to a cm in diameter and it seems to be sticky like sand gets stuck to it. Could any one identify the disease

What kind of sand do you have for this guy? Those sound like body damage from the sand he's digging in.

It's fine sand Carib sea stuff if you zoom in on the middle of the pic you can't see the red spots
