Snail not moving 36 hours, sick?

My mex turbo snail has been motionless for 36 hours now. I know my fresh water snails will get full and just stop, but this guy isn't even holding the glass. Hes sitting on the sand.

I'm not medicating the tank, a 0, nitri 0, nita under 5, Sel 1.024, al 4 meql

How long before I should remove him id no change?

Nvm, he is dead. Strange, bc all other snails, crabs, coral, and fish are doing really well.
