Snowflake eel with puffy eye.

I have got a young snowflake eel in my 55g tank. A day or so ago I noticed that one of his eyes has a white puffy bulge over it. It seems as though he cant see in this eye because he has to turn his head all the way around when he wants to see were he is going.

How do I treat this? I have a QT set up and I have treated marine velvet before.

If it is just one eye, then it is most likely an physical injury. Do a good size water change and keep the water quality high.
You can also lace his food with a vitamin supplement such as selcon and it should heal on its own.
