So what are white spots on the fish???

Went to the LFS today and saw about 10 different fish with this( My guess is ich) the worst one was the Yellow Longnose Butterfly they had, poor guy. Had white spots all over, including his eyes.

When I asked the worker there he said he was unaware of any problem!

Clowns and Damnsels had it too.

Am I right in guessing that its Ich? Sorry I can't get a pic.

Well my wife just got back from the LFS and the Butterfly is gone.
Wonder if it died,got bought or in a Quarintine tank?

Most of your big chain fish slash pet stores like Petco and Petsmart, generaly hire people with a pulse. Your smaller specialized stores may cost a little more, but they tend to hire people that have there own tanks and would know if there was ick in the tanks. (This way your happy and they don't lose money)
From the sound of it, I would not go back to that store!!!!

This was a Small store! The only people that always work there are the 2 owners!!
Makes you think either----(A): In the wrong line of work. or (B)----In it only for money!
In any case I couldnt be bothered to buy fish there. I havent yet and now for sure I won't!
