Looks like a possible tube worm and coraline algae.

Also what type of anenomie is that hard to see in picture as that looks very white / bleached depending on species it may been fine or not

Edit looking on phone which is hard to see picture looks like a bubbletip and very bleached at that
 
Tube worm sounds about right by the looks of it. Should I be worried about it? The anemone is a white bubble tip. It's pretty healthy, it's doubled in size and is always wide open during the day. Also allows my clownfish to host it.
