something wrong with puffer

I have a puffer in a fish only tank. I went on vacation last week for a few days and had my parents take care of the fish so obviously they're schedule got a little screwed up. Since I've been home, I have been feeding them on their normal schedule. Today I noticed that my puffer was acting a little wierd. When I looked at him closely, I noticed that hes not using his right fin at all. Any ideas on what could be wrong with him?
