Spiny Boxfish and Ich... Treatment?

I have a spiny boxfish that cant seem to get rid of Ich. I also have a yellow tang and a clown fish in there, no ich on them. I was treating with greenex which worked on the Tang, but not on the boxfish. I have been reading all sorts of treatments for ich, but there seems to be some exclusions for boxfish. Has anyone had this problem with boxfish and how do i treat it? Thanks

The best ick cure for puffers of any kind is hyposalinity, they are scaleless fish and meds can be very irritating to them.

FWIW, all the fish need to be treated, the others can act as carriers for the ick and the boxfish may get over it and get it over and over and over.
