I need some help. I got a Spiny Sea Urchin to help me with my Clean up Crew.
He is not very big right now, but my question is how do I know if he is ok?
My salinity is 1.24
Ammonia is 0
Nitrite is 0
Nitrates is 0
PH around 8.5
He has some white spines near his body, but his longer ones are still black. He looks fine, he crawls all over the tank each day, and every night he is on the rocks. I know I got a ton of alge in there for him. I also try to feed him sea weed on a clip, but he never takes it. How do you feed this guy? I know he eats off the rocks, and I know I got a lot on the rocks, but I was just wondering should I be concerned about the white spines?
