Stuck Anemonie

Hey my Long Tenticaled Anemonie got its foot stuck on my filter last night so i unpluged it before i went to bed. When i got up this mornin it was still there and i had to cut the plastic from the filter sucktion thingy. Right now its on the floor, sill opend and its pinkish orange foot has white where it was jammed, like a cut. Will it be ok?

I'm going to say probably not, the foot is the most sensitive part and any tear in it isn't good. I'd leave him in the tank just in case he does survive though.
