Use pieces of food to start training them to open up. They should open up at night, but you can work on training them to open up during the daytime by doing this. In terms of doing it for the first time in a new tank, that'd vary on the corals health and how it was acclimated.

When you do start feeding you need to feed each individual head. Good luck with them.

I have read some suggestions on feeding these coral and instead of feeding each head you can cut the bottom off a pop bottle (large enough to cover the coral) then squirt your food in there and let it feed. This will allow you to broadcast feed without the current taking the food away.
