Tang Eye

My Yellow Tang's eye is messed up. He want stay still long enough for me to take a picture. But it looks all beat up. It's been like that for a long time. Today I met a girl in the pet store and she told me I can dip him in fresh water for a few seconds and it would fix his eye but I was unable to catch him. Anyone know what I can do to fix his eye.

Lots of partial water changes to improve your water quality always helps. A freshwater dip won't do anything but stress the fish more.

I totally agree with Larry. Bad advice from your LFS. Frequent PWC`s are the answer. FW dips are not the answer.

Yea but idk about the nitrogen thing.
