toadstool leather sick

Ok guys I bought a toadstool leather from a guy it was stood up nice but wasn't open all the way now that it is in my tank it is all bent over and looks like it dieing should I frag it to save a piece or should I wait. Thanks guys and girls

Wait. Leathers look awful sometimes. Especially after a transfer, wait a while and see how it responds.

I agree. I would wait. They look absolutely horrible after acclimating sometimes.

Mine was looking bad until I aimed a powerhead in its direction. It wouldnt put out its "feelers" unless it had current.

This one has a power head on it right now yesterday it was purple looking today it is more green but the tank I got it out of had tons of hair algae would that mean anything

Leathers are usually hardy so it shouldn't be too bad.

Well got up this morning and the toadstool has little bumps all over it hoping to see it come out soon
