Torch coral has 2 heads on tentacles

My torch coral has 2 head on a few tentacles, is that a sign of something? If so, what? I attached a picture and circled one of the tentacles. You may need to zoom in in the pic to see it.

nothing that you should be concerned with. i have a anemone that has the same "cosmetic issue" where one tentacle has 2 prongs
