Torch coral help?

Any reason why only one but of my torch coral it out and the rest are sucked back into the skeleton? I have no fish or shrimps params are all good now all other corals look fine I do have 2 turbo snails but they aren't near them

Is this a new coral? Is it getting too much flow. If you see the other heads start to fall apart you`ll need to break the infected heads off and discard as it has the brown jelly disease. When you say water test are OK what are you testing for?
 
I've had it for about 2 weeks and I did leave the lights on for a bit longer than usual as soon as I turned them off they all spread out again and I'm testing ph ammonia nitrite nitrate calcium phosphate and I forgot the other one
