Ive only had my puffer for a week now, and all seemed fine. Tonight, I noticed his tail fin was partially opened and discolored. He appears slightly bloated and seems to have a kink ( tail is kinked inward) I have tested the water and all levels are normal. Sad..... any advise?

My puffers tail is kinked when it is sleeping. He also did it when getting acclimated to his new home.
