Hmmm. I've never succesfully performed hypo to cure ick. (I don't own a refractometer) I normally use coppersafe. Even that is harsh on the animals.

You were at 1.009sg?

Not yet. I just got down to 1.015 today.

If you check my other thread about ich, you will see that I think I have 2 sick clowns more than i think my tank ever had ich.

1.015 is not too bad. It probably was ick that killed him if all your fish are healthy. GL on the war.

Well the other clown died, I really dont think it was ich, I think it was sick fish as usual from this LFS.
