Watchman Goby Poop Normal???

I have a Blue Finned Watchman Goby and he has recently started coming out in the middle of the day (he usually is out in the morning and evening) and having VERY explosive bowels. Looks like chewed up algae wafer (could this be it?). But it is explosive like a really bad kids movie joke explosive. Could this mean parasites or disease? I do have some sort of Velvet or Brooknylla going through the tank ATM , could it be related?

Yes he does.

I believe it`s from the trash he is picking up while sifting. My pink spotted used to do the same.

Okay good to know, just making sure he didn't have parasites.
