weird problem help

hey guys, i had a bright yellow assessor that went missing 2 months ago. was very small so i thought i had lost him. today while i was adjusting some tubes under the tank, i saw him. at first i thought he was dead, but he's alive. really alive he looked real healthy even. he is stuck in the over flow of my reef ready tank(72 gal). now that i have found him, how should i get him out? he's super fast and smart.... any ideas? thanks

Small net? If you still have a problem turn off the sump return then drain some water from the overflow so it has less room to maneuver.
