what is on my fish?

Its a black and white butterfly with some white spots/lumps on the edges of him. Its a little hard to see in the pic, but there's one at the top of the black part, and 2 in the yellow part. He is still very active and is eating normally. Is it something to be concerned about?

I can't see with all that salt creep and stuff on the glass. Is he in qt?

Yea i put him in a 2 gallon qt to keep him still to get a pic of him. Put him back in the main tank though shortly after pic.

Its impossible to distinguish between the white spots you say are on the body and the spots from the salt on the tank. But some often reason for white spots is parasites although it could be viral or fungus aswell but a better pic will be needed to better identify.
