What is the bump on my damsel head and fins

I have a 3 striped damsel, he has a rough bump and his head near his eye and a bump near his fins. Is this a disease? if so what is it called, my other fishes seem to be find except for this guy. I got a cleaner shrimp inside now too.

How big is are the bumps and how long have they been there? do they seem to grow? It may be Lymphocystis. Look at the photos and read the faq's here and let us know.

i dont think its ick and the bumps are really small, doesnt look like any on the pics u showed me.
