what is this

I have done 2 25percent water changes in the last few days but I cant seem to get rid of this stuf flooting ontop of my water can anyone please tell me what it is

Hard to tell from the pics, is it detritus? Try shutting off the flow and skimming it off. Speaking of skimmer, do you use one?

Turn of flow, place a paper towel on top of water and remove. It's look like excess protein I could be wrong. Newspaper can also be used the same as a paper towel and it will remove the film on top of the water.

Depends on which direction you are going with your tank. Some soft corals like dirtier water, some like pristine water conditions. What are you working with?

How's the water flow on the surface of your water. If its not moving much that could be part of your problem

It's most likely your protein skimmer or lack of if you don't have one and overflow (lack of again).
