What is wrong with my Duncans?

I bought these last night and added them to my tank, every since I put them in the tank they sucked in and started releasing this slime! The permitted in my tank are perfect as well as my lighting, any idea on what's going on?

What are your parameters? Perfect doesn't tell us anything. That Duncan looks pretty rough. The skeleton should be green as well
