Whats wrong with my blenny?

Noticed this today, wasnt there yesterday. 2 white spots , they are darker color around them. They appear to be flat and smooth. I have noticed he likes to hang out right next to a porcelain crab alot, I always see it hitting or pushing him away with his claws. Is this just an injury or something worse?
Also he is acting and eating fine...
