Whats wrong with my clown fish?

Have a 90 gallon reef and have had this guy for a few months and just noticed the other day. Lately i have seen my two clown being aggressive to each other and didn't think much of it because they are prob fighting for dominance. He is eating and swimming fine except he isn't using his right fin. Any ideas on what this is?
