What's wrong with my coral beauty angelfish !!!

My Coral Beauty Angelfish suddenly is swimming funny. It's body will body straight up and down while it is going straight. Like it is looking at the ceiling while swimming. Sorry about the description, it's hard to put into words. It looks like it can't control it at all. I'm thinking that it has to be his swim bladder. What would cause this? Is there anything I can do about it? Is it going to die?

I agree is sounds like a swim bladder issue.

One more thing. I just noticed that there is a part of it's fin that has turned white. I am new to this so I have no idea what this could be.
