white bumps underneath scales of percula clown

hello all! i have a percula clown that has been in my tank for about 2-3 years. he has recently taken to my rose bta and seems quite happy. however, i just noticed a small white bump that looks to be under his scales near his head and another smaller one near his tail. i have tried to search this online, but to no avail. he is acting/eating as normal. any ideas?

He's a hard one to photograph, but hopefully these pictures will help. Again, the bumps are small and white. They almost look like pimples. He's been in my main tank for around 2-3 years. I recently added a Auriga Butterfly a few weeks ago, but I QT'd her for 4 weeks. I also have a Blenny and a Blue Tang. None of the other fish have these bumps. ???
