orright.. i knew what i was in for.. but im confused..

i have white things thru my tank and on the glass... but my new blue tang shows no signs of having any on it.. its happily eating the alge in the tank and not really being weird at all..

the lil white things on the glass seem to be able to grip and "walk"

do i have stage 3 ick? is this the right time to medicate tank? i have 1 blue tang one snail and one hermit crab.. nothing else except for live rock..

is it possible to have a clean fish and ick in the tank or am i looking at something else..

Also!! blue tang seems to think the white bits comming out of the filter outlet are very tasty .. and is chasing and eating them quite happily.

tis all good.. just saw a bigger one.. definately shrimp like.. well.. to my eyes anyways.. this big one is like 2-3mm long.. (TINY.. ) but lots of little legs and well.. wow.. kinda cool.. :)

Amphipods are the ones that look like mini shrimp. Copepods are the little white specks that look like mites or tiny tiny ticks.
