White Lips on Coral Beauty

My Coral Beauty's lips have turned white and she has been hiding more than usual. I haven't seen her eating either. I don't know what's wrong.

How long have you had this fish? What has it been eating prior? What else is in the tank with this fish?

We've had the fish for about a month. It's been eating Spectrum Thera+A by New Life. In the tank, there a decorative corals, two damsels, a green chromis, a maroon clown, and a flame hawk. The flame hawk and green chromis have been in the tank for about a week. One damsel and the clown were there before the angel. The other damsel was put in with the angel. We also put in a queen angel at the same time as the coral beauty angel, but it died after 1 week.
