White little spots

Ew just got him yesterday has spots white little things my other fishes didn't have this or don't ..... What do I do ????? See pics hard to see

If it's ICH I would start using Kent Marine Garlic Xtreme on the food and in the water per instruction. It won't kill the ICH but will boost the immune systems of your fish. Eventually the ICH will die off. Good luck.
