White sponge? Sump change relesed a lot of peaces now stuck to my corals!

I changed my sump today to a custom 55 gallon with a new skimmer in the prosess the was some white spunge looking thing on rubble.. when I picked it out the spunge turned to tinny peces and got sucked up my retarn before I got a chance to turn it off. After a successful sump change the little spunges are all over my corals what should I do ....thanks! There a pice lower half its like little spungey tubes..

If it's bothering the coral, I'd say do a wc and syphon out as much as you can (might be a good idea anyway)
