white spot - can i treat with LR in the tank - need help!?!?

ok guys i have a ick out break it has claimed 3 of my fish at this point so i want to treak the whole tank.

but the issue is this its reef
the QT is to small to house all fish for a month, they will stress more.
so i can move my inverts to the qt.

I am going to use Hyposalinity as treatment because copper i will be to hard to rid in my display tank.

my question is can i do the Hyposalinity with LR present what will be the effect of this if any.

Hyposalinity will kill everything except the fish and bacteria. All the fauna within the LR and the substrate will perish. It can make water quality issues highly unmanagable.

What fish do you have and how big is the QT?
What inverts?

iverts i dont have that many 6 hermit crabs 2 turbos, 1 star
qt is only suppose to be for new fish, which is only 15g, this cannot house all sick fish.

fish list is 1 bannerfish, 1 blue tang , 3 blue green chromies.
